Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.


M&G Automotive Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle.


All vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing processes.


M&G Automotive Detailing will not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.


M&G Automotive Detailing is not liable for any preexisting damage the vehicle has prior to the service, we inspect and document any preexisting damage prior to performing the service. Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.


Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness, and this will be done so without voiding our cancellation policy.


We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Square.com. We do also offer Cash deposits if need be with a card required on file.


We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and or machinery or equipment failure.


All vehicles are detailed at the customer’s own risk.


M&G Automotive Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing.


M&G Automotive Detailing will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.


Pricing Terms & Conditions

M&G Automotive Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $100 (or proportion thereof) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking.


An additional surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve pet hair, excessive staining, excessive debris, or other hazardous material regarding the interior or any tree sap, bug etchings, water spots, paint, residue, excessive moss, debris, or excessive scratches on the exterior.


M&G Automotive Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle.


M&G Automotive Detailing reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate.


Deposits with Booking

When booking a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. If a rescheduling occurs, you are allowed to transfer the deposit once to a new appointment.


If more than 3 rescheduled appointments occur, we will not be taking in the vehicle for service. We are a hard-working family company and require commitment from any client that wishes to receive our services.


Lateness/ No-Show

We expect every client to arrive at their appointment on time to have the workday planned accordingly.


We understand unforeseen issues can occur and informing us can help in adjusting the schedule.


If clients arrive late, without notice, for their appointment a fee would be applied.


If a client “No-Shows” we have the right to charge a portion or the full amount of the service with the Debit/Credit card on file.


Communications

We are open 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday. During this time, we will reach out regarding any additional information or concerns.


If you call or text our business line (609)-923-3123, we will try to make sure we respond within the next business day.


If a rescheduling occurs or an unforeseen issue occurs, please reach out 12 hours before your appointment so we are aware.
